I have over 15 years of experience within the mental health field. Never stopped studying and academic research enhancing my portfolio in every possible way.

Starting with a Bsc degree in Psychology, followed by Postgraduate studies in Psychotherapy and Counselling, gaining a qualification in Integrative psychotherapy focused on Psychodynamic and Humanistic approach, and later further enhancing my expertise via postgraduate studies in Existential Psychotherapy all in all lasting no less than 8 years of continuous academic and professional development.

Alongside this enriching academic journey, I have spent 100s of broad and deep therapeutical hours working with a wide range of clients, Years of volunteering for a leading mental health charity Mind as well as Samaritans. This helped me to achieve recognition from the key regulatory bodies British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) as an accredited member ensuring my counseling practice meets the highest professional and ethical standards. I am also a member of The Society of Existential Analysis (SEA)

It is, however, my passion to touch and enable other people in struggle that keeps me going.
